Job Description

We’re looking for an organized creative project manager to help our growing list of clients launch on time and on budget. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a new department and manage projects with huge global brands. The position lives on the Client Services team while working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering. The position will be based out of our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Work with Client Services and Sales to understand new client projects and build effective communication strategies and timelines to get projects through launch.
• You will develop timelines, assign roles, track deliverables, identify landmines and keep people on track.
• Clearly communicate project deliverables to your team and delineate roles as necessary.
• Deploy a team with minimal notice ensuring proper project management processes are followed and all team members are informed of client objectives.
• Openly communicate timeline milestones in a way that creates positive action.
• Utilize your creative skills to help build customer projects in the Rapt Media authoring tool.
• Help grow the Client Services team by training new team members and efficiently managing multiple client projects.
• Communicate project management best practices to help increase company efficiency.
• Manage multiple internal and external teams in order to complete projects.

• You have experience launching technical projects like websites or custom applications.
• Experience managing small teams and leading groups to successful results
• Can easily understand and break down a complex project into deliverables that can easily be mapped to a timeline and delegated.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes on time and on budget.
• Super-human organizational skills, creating order where most people would simply drown in chaos.
• Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
• Great communication skills - both verbal and in writing.
• Experience with creative software packages like the Adobe Creative Suite or similar is preferred.
• Production experience preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of analytics platforms mainly Google Analytics.
